Objectives and Purposes

 

1- To provide consultation and practice Arbitration in all its sorts and forms, including, but not limited to, free arbitration, arbitration by conciliation and mediation in the areas where arbitration may be conducted in accordance with the provisions of the Libyan Arbitration Law (Civil and Commercial Procedure Code).

 

2 - To carry out arbitration in all disputes between individuals, companies and private and public  institutions.

 

3- To Provide consultation to all private, government entities and institutions in all technical, engineering and administrative fields, including  financial, economic and legal reviews of all types and forms, especially in relation to contracts, trade agreements and arbitration clauses.

 

4- To Provide all services related to commercial exchange/trade including mediation and provision of guarantees to the parties concerned

 

5- To carry out preliminary and detailed studies in the mentioned areas and to submit reports and advice as needed and requested.

 

6- To review contracts, agreements, and related documents, advise, consult and provide reports as needed and requested.

 

7 -To hold seminars and forums in Libya or abroad to sensitize individuals, private and public bodies and institutions on the importance of arbitration and its rules and requirements.

 

8- To hold training courses and awareness lectures in all scientific, technical, administrative, financial and auditing matters, and introducing the positive outcome of arbitration in all its forms in resolving disputes of any kind.

 

9 - To Communicate, cooperate and coordinate with those interested in the field of arbitration through publication and advertising of its activities in though all means of communication media in all ways available locally and all, institutions, centers and authorities concerned with arbitration abroad.

 

10- In order to achieve its objectives, the Company shall aeek to participate in any way with other Libyan and foreign companies and institutions that carry out similar works or cooperate with them to achieve its objectives inside or outside Libya or to merge with them in accordance with the laws and regulations and practices in the Libyan state.

 

11- The Company shall seekt to open branches inside in or outside Libya in accordance with the laws and regulations in force in the Libyan State
